Unexpected Problem with Jaikoz Please Report

version 11.7 build 1188
using 2023 MacMini M2 Pro chip

When I click “Settings” I get the “Unexpected Problem…Please Report”

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and the same problem immediately arises. Jaikoz was working fine for a few weeks prior with no problems and I don’t think there has been an update during that time.

I have emailed support and included the zip.file

Hi, I looked at your logs and think its this problem with Word Replacer - https://jthink.atlassian.net/issues/JAIKOZ-1339

To fix issue you need to delete your settings.properties file, this is not the one in the installation folder but the one in Library

• Stop Jaikoz
• From Finder, hold down Option Button and select Go menu
• Select Library from the list
• Go to Preferences : Jaikoz
• Delete settings.properties
• Start Jaikoz
