Unable to save

I am receiving this error any time I try to save changes:

I am running Windows 8 x64 with Jaikoz 5.1.1 Pro Licensed. I have installed all windows updates. AV disabled. Permissions on files are set to Everyone/Full Control. I wonder if this is the windows/java issue I have read about. Here is the excerpt I found:

Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?
