"Unable to save some files, these have been left with status of changed" error

I updated from something like 6.0.1 to 6.0.7 and for the first time I got the error “Unable to save some files, these have been left with status of changed” when trying to save changes to a folder.

It says “Cannot make changes to file C:\Users\Matt\Music\Buzzcocks - Singles Going Steady\02 What do I get.flac” and every other file for this album in the folder gets the error too.

Please could you help me with what could cause this?

No, use Advanced:Create Support Files

Thank you Paul for your help. The folder and files in it were for some reason read-only. It works after setting them to normal
