Hi,

I’m testing the free version 3.11.1 but I dont get any results.

I’m trying to tag (old) songs that I have converted from tapes into MP3 (Lame 3.98.3) with Audacity 1.3 Beta Unicode but I’have the following message: (Unable to retrieve an acoustic id for song… because this track cannot be analyse).

Do you have any idea how I can solve this problem ?

To get an acoustic id, the actual audio is analysed, but sometimes tracks cannot be analysed because of problems with the encoding, Im not aware of any problem with Audiocity but it is possible.

If you cannot do acoustic ids you can still match based on metadata, but of course only if your songs do have some metadata.
