I was getting the following messages when trying to rename 2 of my audio files:
Deleting the “…” in the path allowed Jaikoz to save them.
Please observe that “…” in the filename did not interfere with saving.
Unable to rename files when path contains "..."
Is this on Windows ?
It seems on windows (and possibly OSX/Linux) you cant create a folder ending with a . , probably because this would confuse shell into thinking it was current folder. Jaikoz validate entries for invalid characters such as ‘*’ , but it isnt trapping this condition at the moment which it should do so that the field can never end with dots.
