Hi, it is a problem with making changes to those mp4s, either because:
- the mp4 is corrupted
- the mp4 using unusual structure that Jaikoz cannot handle.
Do you know where these mp4s are from, i.e. did you use a tool to rip these from a CD or did you download these directly?
Mp4 is an awkward container format that isn’t as tightly defined as other formats. Could you email support@jthink.net one of the files so I can test it out.
