We did used to have local install, but that was convoluted and was removed once we had OLED install, I will ask Melco about it. In the meantime I will try and create a SongKong diagnostic install which will check your machie to see if there is any obvious reason why the install does not work, if you are sure your Internet bandwidth is fine.
