Unable to create database...

I’ve used Jaikoz for a few years now with no issues. It’s running fine on my laptop running 10.9.1 but for some reason on the new iMac I’m setting up today I get an error when launching it and can’t get passed it.

Any help would be appreciated, see attached screen capture:

Please try the following:

From Finder, hold down Option Button and select Go menu
Select Library from the list
Preferences : Jaikoz
Delete settings.jai
Delete jaikozdb
Start Jaikoz
