Unable to contact Server error message when starting Jaikoz

Just opened Jaikoz and got the error message “Unable to contact Server. Remote Correct is not available until this is resolved, please check your internet connection.”

Internet speed is 982 mbps and I’m not experiencing any issues with other apps or websites.

Let me know what else I need to check on my end to resolve the issue.

I am now getting the same error message as Marshall Allen! How is this supposed to be resolved - at my end or your’s?

Sure. I just tested Jaikoz again, and now it works.

Sorry I keep forgetting to check back. I just tried the app again and am still getting the same error message. When I close the error box, I noticed Jaikoz is in “View Only Mode” . I also tried opening after tuning off my VPN and still got the same error. I thought i’d uninstall it and got an “Excepion Caught” error message I’ve attached.

I tried to create support files but the Advanced option in the menu bar is grayed out. Any ideas are appreciated.

Are you using malwarebytes?

Well I’ll be damned… Malwarebytes was the culprit. Sorry for not checking it first but thanks for your help.

MalwareBytes have now fixed this at their end and checked by customer, should no longer be any issue.
