Track No and Filename not saving to folder?

I am trying to use the

Action->File And Folder Correct->Correct Filenames From Tags

option.

I have set in my prefs

File and Folder Correct Tab->Rename File From Tags

%trackno%%title%

But when I apply I only get the filename, not the track no.?

The track number exists in the tag layout.

You lost me when you say you only get the ‘filename’ , don’t you mean you only get the ‘title’ , I’m just wondering if you are actually running Correct Tags from FIlename instead ?

I copied the filenames to the titles, what I am not getting are the track numbers?

I just get the title?

Does that make more sense?

Are you using the Jaikoz 2.5.0 beta, have you tried restarting Jaikoz and see if it works then, maybe your changes to the mask aren’t being activated immediately

OK, it worked this time, only issue is I need a “space” in between the track number and filename?

Instead of 01Introduction by Harvey Colman.flac

I would like to see:

01 Introduction by Harvey Colman

Just add a space to the mask:

%trackno% %title%

What did you do to get it working, just restart ?

I guess I just restarted, though I restarted the application multiple times the last time I was working on it, though clearly I was not ding it right.

Now, I have filesnames that have flac.flac at the end of them.

I just keep creating issues for myself, huh?

Anyway to remove these?

The “titles” read flac to filenames now read flac.flac.

Im not getting this flac issue, please send your support files (Advanced/Create Support Files)

Oh, it is not an issue. I just mistakenly added flac.flac (2 times) to the filenames and now I am wondering if there is a way to remove on the the .flac other than manually.

It is not a big thing, just curious.
