The synch between the edit & view panes is lost when you undo changes. Undo too many changes and the program crashes.
Update tags from existing MB ID does not overwrite year or release country. This is probably because year and country can vary even though release ID is the same.
The size and position of the manual correct results window is not saved. Each time it starts small & centered and must be dragged & enlarged.

What exactly do you mean by sync in this case (I couln’t replicate) , support files would help me track down the undo crash error.
This is on purpose (unless there is a unintended side effect) because you cannot choose the release event when auto updating tags from Musicbrainz it will use the same release as the one already selected , OR are you saving the release event has changed but still shows the old values.
