Having problem with Jaikoz the post here, it is really helpful if you can Create Support Files from the Advanced menu as well and then email support@jthink.net so we have a copy of your log files, that will make it much easier to help you.

Hi Paul: I downloaded Jaikoz Daughter, but it launches with an “unexpected error” message, then quits. I can’t send you a support file because it quits within seconds of launching… Macbook Pro, Sequoia 15.0.1. Happily running Jaikoz 11.9 Placebo… Cheers
