Submit MusicBraiz/PUID pair

Why is the count of songs to send to MusicBrainz with “Submit MusicBraiz/PUID pair” so low?

I get "SEVERE: There was a problem submitting data to the MusicBrainz server, failing with http response code:400 and error "
when I try to send more than about 50 songs to MusicBrainz.

I need about 8000 in one chunk, and that about 25 times. All other is too time-consuming :?

Its failing for me sometimes as well, seems to be a problem on Musicbrainz will investigate further.
