SongKong won't Fix Songs, iTunes is open... when it's not!

I’m having an issue where SongKong will not run to Fix Songs because it says iTunes is open and it is not. I just updated to SongKong 8.10 Frank on Windows 11 but it’s been doing this for the last several updates.

Just disable Save changes to iTunes on the Basic tab, and then iTunes has no effect on SongKong.
