SongKong License for Melco Email with license#

Hello, I have a new Melco N1 S38. I don’t think I ever received my SongKong license email. How do I get a SongKong for Melco License number? When I use my server’s address in a browser as indicated in the Melco manual, I just get the SongKong home page. Thanks.

I can see a free licernse was sent this afternoon to an email that includes the word intelli but this is different to your forum emailk so I dont know if this is you.

Okay this is your screenshot, that doesnt look like Melco version, is 192.168.2.22 the ipadress of your Melco or your computer, it should be your Melco

Because it weird on Melco it should say Absolutely MIML at the bottom not just Absolutely like this

Im wondering if there is an issue in the code identifying the Melco N1 S38 model, this model has not been tested I will contact Melco themselves and get back to you.

Hi, yes okay I can see the problem, the melco identification routine has not been updated for this model. So I have a new release due in a couple of days and I should be able to incorporate a fix for Melco that will then provide you with a Melco Lite license instead of the standard Lite license provided,.

However, I need to check this with Melco and that may delay things. If you are considering purchasing the full Premium/Melco license then you can do that that now to get full functionality without needing to wait for fix - https://www.jthink.net/songkongformelco/buy.jsp

Melco and Premium license are same price now, but you need Melco license to work on Melco (it will also work on PC/Mac ectera so there is no disavantage in getting it instead of Premum license).
