Is there a way to download cover art to a folder without touching the files?

Not at the moment because it is generally best to have cover art in the files, but I expect to offer this option in future.
But you can get round it by using the Metagrater task afterwards to remove artwork from files
Have some files that I have hard linked and updating the metadata would break that
Plex does look at folders for a cover file in the album instead of what is imbedded so was trying to get around it by doing that
