some mp3's are not being loaded

I have a problem whereby some mp3 wont load into Jaikoz. It’s quite random and happens on files from the same album.
Files are downloaded from same source, and all properties are the same…

Ive emptied the cache!

files are not protected.

Any ideas?

If you send me your support files I can probably see why they have been rejected.
