A few times I could have done with a simple highlight of the entire column, for example selecting the number 87 would highlight everything on that entire line

I think they want be able highlight entire rows and columns like in Excel Paul.

It already highlights “cells” blue, it would just be nice sometimes to have the whole row highlight when you click on the row number.
It can get difficult to match up something in a right-hand column with a track name on the left when you have a lot of files loaded. Your eyeballs start going wonky. :shock:
Right, I was confused because Kludge was talking about columns then gave ‘87’ as an example, and the re is no column of that name, guess he had switched to rows at that point.
Yes, it would make sense. I think I looked at this a while a go and there was a technical issue but I should have another look.

Ideally, I’d like to be able to click the row number and have the row slightly shaded in both the Edit and View panes.
Click the same header a second time turns off the shading.

Click on first field and then press Shift + End
Also, clicking on any field and pressing Shift + End/Start/PgUp/PgDn will highlight all the fields in the direction indicated by the key
