keep getting the error SEVERE: MusicIPServer service already marked unavailable
when using auto update

Please try NOW because it is working for me

not working for me either
when using auto correct
first getting
“unable to connect to AmpliFIND Server”
Then
“MusicIPserver already marked unavailable”

???

Please send me your JaikozSupport.zip (Advanced/Create Support Files)so I can take a look at the debug log

but pretty slow in getting acoustic ID’s

is Amplifind having server issue’s??

Me too - exact same symptoms.
Would not work at all yesterday - worked for a couple of hours today but quit about 30 mins ago

Having same exact issues… except I’ve not been able to connect (to amplifind) at all for the last 3 days.

Hi, Im waiting for a response from AmpliFIND about this although it continues to work okay for me.

Did our colo switch over the weekend. Have had intermittent issues as we get it tweaked. Good news is we are on all new hardware but it will take a few days before we are 100%. Sorry for any inconvenience but in the end it is going to be better for all of us.

So please be patient and normal service should soon be resumed.

Ive got this error now. Something happened ? Am I alone ?

Jaikoz reports that it cannot find the Amplifind Server. I’ve tried several times - always the same result. Hope this isn’t pemanent.

Does seem to be down at the moment, but I’m sure its just a temporary hitch
