Hello there,
I’ve recently been fixing all the missing tags in my music collection, and for the most part the acoustic fingerprinting combined with album name has worked near flawlessly. After I tested it on a few albums, I purchased the program, awesome job!
Now I’ve found a release I can’t get to match though, and although entering manually isn’t that big of a deal, I just want to know if there’s a way to fix this automatically in case I have more releases like this (my music collection also contains a lot of LP albums I’ve converted to MP3).
The release: http://musicbrainz.org/release/dc7eb4df-8208-43a0-ad33-fc2777484dce.html
The artist/title fields are empty for all of these files; the MB Release ID field has been set to the above ID (dc7eb4df-8208-43a0-ad33-fc2777484dce).
Manual correct returns 0 matches; auto correct returns matches of albums from the original artists.
From what I understand from other threads in this forum. it SHOULD be matching the correct release ID if that’s set when both unique ID’s (MB Unique ID and Music IP ID) are empty; which they are.
Is there a way for me to just tell Jaikoz that these tracks all belong to the release mentioned above? I’ve got all tracks, the track number field is set correctly, so it should be pretty straight forward to get these matches.
Thanks in advance!
P.S. I’ve left all the options on their default values except for one; I’ve set genre to ‘never update’
