Saved changes doesn't rename files in folder?

As a test I took a bunch of songs from an album which all where incorrectly named the same name. Jaikoz fixed it and added the meta data and album art no problem… But when I saved it the album art updated in the folder the titles did not?

In itunes it look ok. Any reason why?

Filenames are not renamed by default as this can mess things like playlist up, but you can rename files form metadata using Action:File and Folder Correct:Correct filename from Metadata
