Also for some strange reason, the album I’m examining: “Linn Records Multichannel & Stereo Super Audio CD” misses track 12. The sample rate is reported as 2.82KHz

JRiver correctly identifies all 13 tracks and sample rate as 2.82 MHz.

The most likely reason is the track length doesnt match the album ?

Missing track error, what is the sample rate error I have reread your question and cannot see what sample rate error you are reporting.
