i search for the right settings for compilations,
what i want is the following, i want the right year for the song - not the year f the compilaton, i want that the year is the year where song was originally released.
then i want that the genre is the right one from the original single or so.
how can i do that what do i need to change in the settings and so on
hopefully someone can help me

Hi, if you want all the information to be for the original abum not the compilation then remove the compilation name from the album field before matching and Jaikoz will generally favout the original album. When it finds a match it will update all fields with data for that match, i.e you will get the year that it was originally released. (But if you want to maintain the compilation album detaisl and ONLY have the release year from the original album then it isnt really possible )
There is no right genre but Jaikoz already picks the most popular one it can find for the song (if any), if not it will look at album and then artist level, but in many cases the genre information isnt actually there so will not be available.

A liitle bit more patience would be good. You�ve got the best application around for a few bucks. And Paul answers faster and looks for possible problems faster than every big company.
In germany we say the sound makes the music, your sound was not the right one!
