Rename Folders from tags

I have ran Jaikoz and initially wanted it to rename my folders as such
Genre -> Artist -> year-Album and then the track titles.

Because Music Brainz Genres are still a little sloppy I wanted to run jiakoz again and rename my folders and remove the genre folder. When I run it with these settings: Artist -> year-Album and then the track titles, it doesn’t rename them and get rid of the genre folders from before. I was wondering if I am doing something wrong or if there is a setting in the preferences that will correct this for me?

Are you getting confused between Rename Filename from Tags and Rename Folder from Tags. Or is the genre part in the Base Folder rather than the Sub Folder column, only the Sub Folder column gets renamed by Correct Sub Folders from Tags, but you can use Shift Base Folder to Sub Folder to move the genre part over.
