problem with the ID3 tags

Hi all
User am Mixed in key and I have many problems lately and problems are by ID3 tags

send an email asking them which was my problem and they said it—Thanks for writing, I am happy to help. From your crash log it appears to be a problem with the ID3 tags of your files. Converting them to version 2.3 in iTunes can often fix this problem. You can read my instructions on how to do this here---- http://community.mixedinkey.com/Topic.aspx?ID=5553

The question is that I am user Jaikoz \t
I have no idea how to do it someone could help me?

Easy , just enable the version column, change the value to 2.3 and do ‘Save Changes’ .

You can also force Jaikoz to save files to ID3v23 by default, even if they are already V24 by setting the Preferences/Save/ID3Tag V2/V23. Reload your files, and then save and they will automtically be converted to v23.
