Problem with remembering window position, cannot use Jaikos.

I ran multi monitors for a while, but have since switched back to only one, jaikos remembers it’s window position based on something I don’t know. SO if you disable one monitor you can no longer get to it, or reposition the window to the remaining monitor. Having sold my monitor I’m in a rather frustrating position, it will open to the monitor that doesn’t exist.
No other program does this, so it’s not a system issue.
I’m running Windows 7 with latest updates on a Q6600 proc, and Asus mobo.
Nvidia 8800 GTX is the video card.

I couldn’t figure out a work around, so if that could be fixed in a later release that would be sweet, I like Jaikos a lot.

I can’t even uninstall and reinstall, since the uninstaller does the same thing.

Hi. all the Jaikoz settings are stored under your user folder so you can use Jaikoz with different setting for different users, but these don’t get deleted when you uninstall Jaikoz for install a new version so if you have a problem you need to modify/delete them by hand.

For Windows 7 they should be in C:\Users\[i]username[i]\Jaikoz

To solve your particular problem you need to edit

mainframe.location.x=0
mainframe.location.y=0

in the layout.properties file.

Or you could just delete the file, and a new one will be copied over from the Jaikoz installation folder when you restart Jaikoz.
