Pro Upgrade Validity?

Got a new pro upgrade license last June 2018. After I applied latest update yesterday, Jaikoz is completely locked out, view mode only.

How long were Pro upgrades valid for?

And if it’s not that, then how can I get the current version of Jaikoz to recognize my pro license?

I only use Jaikoz rarely now so likely haven’t used it since last June.

Upgrading to Pro has no effect on expiry its just gives Pro functionality. Since 9.4.0 you need to have purchased version updates package if your license was more than one year old (your original standard license), just follow the link, its �10, �18, �25 for one, two or three years of version updates.
