Every table listed in Manage Metadata Tabs has its on tab in Preferences. From here we can specify what fields the table has, in what order and how wide their column space should be.
To change the order of a field select it and then drag it to the new location. or use the Up and Down buttons.
To hide a field or display a hidden field select it and then double-click on the Visible checkbox
To adjust the width of a field select , then double-click on the Width field and enter the new width, this is measured in pixels
To set the field list so it matches how it is currently displayed in Jaikoz use the From Display button
