Oops on my licensing issue

Hey Paul and all,

As usual, love my Jaikoz, just can’t get enough of it!

I recently bought me a laptop for work, then within a week my home puter melted down, literally. CPU Fan faltered, and the proc melted before the unit could shut down all the way. 7 fans on this case, 4 failed within two days of each other, go figure.

Anyway, my question is this - I have loaded a copy of Jaikoz on my laptop and just moved my license file over. It’s been sooooo long since I purchased it that I no longer have the original email with the license info anymore. Now, when I try to open Jaikoz, I get a warning that states that Jaikoz has been installed on more than one machine and that I need to contact support to be able to fix it. I’ve emailed support, but wanted to post here too because 1) I’m in a real hurry and HATE not having my Jaikoz, and 2) in case any other user runs across the same problem, be a good place for them to see what actions are needed to correct the issue.

Anyway, it’s only on one computer, has never been used on more than one, at any time. I think I’m on my third since purchasing Jaikoz, but not sure. My original license was sent to my old email: ebay at hugginsnet.com (yes, you know what to do here with ‘at’ and the blanks).

So Paul, what are my options here? I’m thoroughly lost without Jaikoz!!! Add to it, just downloaded the AcouticID fingerprinting package, and wanted to give that a shot but have to get my files tagged first!!!
