Once saved how do I transfer the file to my itunes or media player
If you have Preferences/Save/iTunesAutoUpdate configured correctly new files should get automatically get added to iTunes. There is no special treatment for anything else (partially because many players such as winamp allow you to configure them to scan special folders for changes anyway) just do as you would if you were not using Jaikoz.
