SongKong has a very easy way to send logs and reports with the Create Support Files option. But if SongKong is not working at all then that option is not available.
So how do find and send log files outside of SongKong?
- Open Finder
- Select Go menu
- Hold down Option button, Library will appear in the list
- Select Library
- Select Logs
- Select SongKong
- Select all the files in the folder
- Right click and select Compress
- This will create an Archive.zip file
- Open Email and send a message to support@jthink.net and attach Archive.zip
