when i do auto correct it brings me all the details about the song then when i press save and exit i find the song’s details unsaved and it happened several times now !!!

Are you sure nothing i saved, if you reload the songs in Jaikoz do they have the additional inofmratiojn or not? Please send me your support files (Action/Create Support FIles) so I can take a look.
Some players have “library cache” try to add or rescan audio files in your player.
