It cycles through all the stages but doesn’t pause very long on step 10, then finishes after 12. It no longer finds any matches, at all. Help!

Hi Stephen I can see one problem related to fingerprinting that is fixed in the new next release so could you please be patient and try the new version out when it is available which will be within a couple of days and see if that resolves things.
