Does running the Auto-correct songs do the same as running both update data from Music brains and Discogs or do I need to run all three?
What is the best way to get the best results and fill in everything correctly?

Autocorrect is configurable
But by default it does run Correct Metadata from MusicBrainz and Correct Metadata from Discogs. Also note that Update Metadata from MusicBrainz and Update Metadata from Discogs are different, they don’t find new matches but will update existing matches with any new data that has been added to MusicBrainz/Discogs for the album since previously matched.
