Next update, more data sorces?

So, it’s seems development has slowed down on Jaikoz. I am facing the decision to pay to support and get the next update or choose to stay where I am.

The Question is are more data sources in the pipeline, as good as MusicBrainz and Discogs is, they don’t cover all the bases any more and can be sluggish to keep up with new digital releases.

Is beat port on the horizon?

I’m not ignorance to the reality that increasingly people are ditching home libraries and making do with streaming, but the main stay on libraries are DJs, and where do they get files from (other the high seas) you guess it beat port!

There is the case for adding it!

Did have a look at Beatport a while ago, unfortunately they are no longer issuing new access to the api, so at the time that stopped me proceeding.

Maybe there is a way round it, but I would need to look at it again.

So its not the highest priority but I do appreciate it would be a useful new feature.

Hi Paul, that’s a bummer, hopefully the api will open up again and you can look again if it can be plumed in.

I paided for the updates anyway in the end loving the new icons and I swear it’s more responsive and accurate now!

Band camp is a very cool addition.
