Hi, first things first, i want to thank you for this really great tool.
It’s litterally a life-saver.
Now, i have a couple of questions:
Is there a way for the program to move the files it has tagged to a directory diferrent from the base folder?
Is there any comannd-line parameter which i can use to start the auto-corrector on program launch?
Are mpeg-4 audio files supported? I ask because i have a lot of those files and anytime the program tries to read them, it pops up a message box which says that those files ‘may be damaged’.
Could i limit the number of files for Jaikoz to read from the base folder to say 200, to reduce the time it takes to autocorrect on each run?
Make sure the Base Folder,SubFolder and Filename columns are displayed. You can type directly into these fields or copy nad paste to change where the files are saved. You can use 'Action/File and Folder Correct/Shift Sub Folder to base Folder and Shift Base Folder to SubFolder
to specify how the folder name is seperated between base and subfolder.
Select some files, right click and select ‘Save and Move’ . You will then be prompted for folder to the save the files to, for each file selected this will replace the current value of the Base Folder. The ‘Create SubFolder’ hierachy option specifies whther files are saved directly to that folder or maintain the sub folder hierachy.
No, because you need to load some files before you run the Autocorrecter, and Command line parameters are not normally used on mac platforms.
Yes, as long as they are Mpeg-4 Audio only , not Video. Best if you send me a test file by email so I can for any problems.
No, but on loading you can cancel loading part way through. Or better would be just to select multiple folder below the base folder to load.
