ok so I am looking to buy jaikoz so i downloaded the trial. I realize that i can only save like 20 files, which is fine because i will buy it if those files come out nicely. i am having trouble with getting my musicip. I import some files and i see the files have been imported, then i click on the little music note (for retrieving the acoustic id). then it takes like a minute (i only have like 7 songs, for testing purposes) and it shows the progress but when it finishes their is not id in the MusicIP Id column. I didnt know if this feature is disabled for the trial or what. any help? oh and i have reinstalled the program like 5 different times (it has never worked)

Hi, no this featuressisnt disabled, it must just mean that thes songs re not known to the MusicIp database, please try with some other songs
