musicbrainz ids to file tags mapping

Hello,

i feel like asking a really stupid question, however as a used to be developer I tried every way to understand how to get the unique MB ids using the ids that are written to the file tags.

those are (as far as mutagen reads them):
TXXX:MusicBrainz Album Artist Id,
TXXX:MusicBrainz Album Id,
TXXX:MusicBrainz Album Release Country,
TXXX:MusicBrainz Album Status,
TXXX:MusicBrainz Album Type,
TXXX:MusicBrainz Artist Id,
TXXX:MusicBrainz Original Album Id,
TXXX:MusicBrainz Release Group Id,
UFID:http://musicbrainz.org,

I would appreciate if you could tell me how to get the recording, work, release id !

I’m afraid I was a little too fast typing this question. The UFID:http://musicbrainz.org field contains the MB recording id (field.data), which is a little hidden though.
