Hi i had to do a clean install of my computer os and just installed songkong again but looks like i delete my email license key can someone from staff help me out please

Edit : its been like 2 days now and still no support to my email on help getting my keys for songkong i love songkong but wish support was better it always takes like 2-3 days to get help or a reply back
