Hi, for some reason that I don’t understand Gmail has started putting licenses into its spam folder, what makes this more awkward is that the spam folder is not even visible in the Gmail interface by default so customers are unaware that they have any spam to check.
To find spam enter label:spam in the search field, then if you do find the license email from Jthink please mark it as not spam hopefully this will retrain gmail spam filters that these emails are not actually spam where as just looking the email will not.
