I bought Jaikoz many years ago and had the last version installed that my license supported. I haven’t used it in awhile but now it says it’s “view only”. Sorry, but what exactly is that? You cannot just change the license terms for the software I bought and installed at the time. I fully understood I wasn’t eligible nor would I receive any further updates. But that doesn’t mean a retroactive change to the exact version I had is warranted.
Hi, no your right it cannot make retroactive changes, but Jaikoz doesn’t do that. I think you must have recently installed a later version than your license is currently eligible for.
What version do you currently have installed ?
You can upgrade any license (however old) so works with latest version for small fee
