License transfer?

Just wanted to ask if it is possible to transfer a Windows license to Linux (Ubuntu)? as I’m fed up with messing around in windows again!

Also…

I run this fine app on a Windows XP machine connected to a drive via the network which was formatted as ext3 (basically SMB connection).

I run a large number of files and the app failed/crashed taking my entire music collection with it (which was restored later).

Any pointers?

The license will work on linux, no problem.

I dont know about the crash but Jaikoz does work better with local files, you get better performance and there are no problems with file encodings.
