Hi Ive resnt your license wrapped in a zip file, this should solve your problem
I’m having the exact same issue…
Thanks!

Ive resent yours as well.
Please resend me compressed file of license. Thanks
Biomaster please send me an email with payment details
I have the same issue when trying to install key
“License not valid, retaining Trial License”
GCK has now been resent within a zip this usually resolves the issue.
i have also the problem. “key is not valid, reset to trial”. Please send me the license via zip-file. yesterday i wrote you a message to your support mailadress, but i reseived no answer. thanks a lot
Hi, you should have it now
Unzipped new file you sent, same response. Invalid.
Also keeps crashing each time I try to install full license.

Start Jaikoz with ‘Open in 32-bit’ mode option checked, there seems to be a sporadic issue with 64bit Jaikoz on 10.5.8 only
Already tried that. program will not open at all.
Error says:
Cannot launch Java application
Uncaught exception in main method:
java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: Bad version
number in .class file
Heh, you should have a full track trace in your Macs console or system log that you can post please.
I ran into the crashing bug as well when I registered. 32 bit solved it. But you might want to add this to the outgoing license email as it’s a real annoyance right after paying for the software.
Not the Apple experience.
dupe
True, but this is a new issue specific to OSX 10.5.8 due to a some bug in Apples JVM, not an issue with Jaikoz itself. Ive added it to the FAQ as issue 5 http://www.jthink.net/jaikozforum/posts/list/1246.page#4986
HI
I’m having the same problem with the license not valid
kind regards
Have you tried the Open in 32 bit Mode workaround, if still not working contact me by email and I’ll check the license.
