Jthink.net is still HTTP, should be HTTPS

Unfortunately not possible to apply to current server because too old. So I need a new server to be setup and everything transferred to new server so non-trivial task, but it is highest priority now.
So we have just switched the main website over to https, but continues to support http as well.
Any problems just let me know, probably a few things to tidyup up.
