All active projects on java.net have now been moved to a new platform. Jaudiotagger, the opensource metdata read/write library used by Jaikoz is one of them http://java.net/projects/jaudiotagger . The main difference seems to be that JIRA is now used for reporting bugs which is an improvement over the old system.
