Jaikoz license question

I purchased what was called the full version (at the time, with future upgrades…I think) of Jaikoz way back on 1/20/2009 for Windows. I had a need for it today so I thought I’d try to see if my license key would still work today and for Linux.

I tried my license key and received the message: “License was not valid, retaining trial license”.

Is it possible for me to use that key in Linux?

If not, is it still possible for me to use my license key on the current version in Windows?

I still have my email receipt and my license key if that helps any.
I would be very pleased if there was any way to use my license key, as I am unable to purchase a new one at this time.

Your license is still valid, its just that the format it is delivered in has changed slightly since 2009 please email support@jthink.net with details and I will send you license in new format.
