Jaikoz Fully License

Hello everyone…I don’t know where to put my problem, so I put it here.

I had purchased Jaikoz last December 24, using PayPal. But I didn’t receive my fully license, just a mail from the company telling me:

“Sorry, but there was a problem processing the payment, please check your Paypal account and if payment has been taken please contact support@jthink.net to receive your license”

I sent at least 7 mails to the support system asking for my trouble, but I didn’t receive my license yet. The money had been discounted from my bank account.

Any idea about how to solv my problem?..

Hi, ( I ve deleted your duplicate forum post I haven’t received seven support emails from anyone , and I haven’t received a single one for the email address that this forum account is linked to. Neither can I find any evidence of any purchase for this email account on 24th December . If you have made the purchase using another account I need your name in order to check the details and send your license.

Hey there,

I’ve gone through the paypal checkout process, and it redirected me to the jaikoz ‘you paid, you will get your license soon’ page, however its been a while (hours) and haven’t seen an inbox letter with file attached. Would love any assistance, my email address used is the same as used to register for this forum.

Apologies, license has now been sent.

No man, its cool. I was just a little anxious, love the program. I used to code a while back until I realized sitting in a cubicle wasn?t for me and I took a different direction. I guess you found a way around that by making your own way as well. Thanks for all your hard work at the debug screen.

I bought a license several hours ago and I cannot access the e-mail address attached to my PayPal account and I sent an e-mail to support requesting that my license key be sent to an e-mail account that I could access, but I’ve received no reply and I’m impatient to begin properly formatting my library . . .

I’m having the same problem, I’ve got the paypal confirmation payment/transaction but no license attached?

Hi, your payment is pending not confirmed. Once the paymne thas gone through you’ll get a license, Ive sent you an email explaining further.

Hello, I’m a German User and sent the money for the License with PayPal on 16.02.2010 at 19:18:16 but still got no License.
