Hello everyone…I don’t know where to put my problem, so I put it here.
I had purchased Jaikoz last December 24, using PayPal. But I didn’t receive my fully license, just a mail from the company telling me:
“Sorry, but there was a problem processing the payment, please check your Paypal account and if payment has been taken please contact support@jthink.net to receive your license”
I sent at least 7 mails to the support system asking for my trouble, but I didn’t receive my license yet. The money had been discounted from my bank account.
Any idea about how to solv my problem?..
