you forgot to program the description for the new icon “Submit MusicBrains/Acoustic ID pair”, when the mouse stays over that icon in the tool-bar.
Other question: do you save now more than one Artwork to the filesystem, when there are more than one artwork in a song (front- and back-cover)?

No, how would you want that to work ( what would you call the files) ?

If there are more than one, insert a 2 or 3 etc. behind the name of the other artworks. If a file exists with this name, insert a next higher number - with a warning.
