Itunes is not set to Keep Media Folder organized in advanced. Now when I try to save with Jaikoz I get null pointer exceptions and I notice that iTunes is running again - after I killed it.

Yes, I think there may be a problem updating iTunes on WIndows in certain circumstances on the 9.0.2 Beta, for now please disable updating from iTunes (Preferences : Save : iTunes Update : Automatically update iTunes Library

Okay, the problem exists in Beta 3.9.0 Beta 2 for both WIndows and OSX if you try and save a song without a rating, and you have update iTunes enabled.
The workaround is to not enable Update iTUnes, or ensure the songs have a rating, sorry for the inconvenience
