like the title says: Jaikoz 11.9 can’t retrieve Acoustids. Older versions of Jaikoz have no problems (see mail with file: Jaikoz 11.0.6Support sent to support@jthink.net)

Hi, for some reason the fpcalc program is missing from the Windows build, not sure why but easy to remedy. I will upload a new Windows version this morning.
Hi, I have now fixed this bug and redeployed Windows version, this is what you need to do to install it:
- Uninstall existing version
- Download again from Website https://www.jthink.net/jaikoz/jsp/download/start.jsp
- Install new version
- Start Jaikoz and check Help:About The Build Date it should say 17/Sep/2024 if have new version with the fix
Please note on Windows you must uninstall existing version in order to replace with new version with same version number.
